MEMBERSHIP - ANNUAL REPORT

2007 - 2008

Members of this committee are:

Sage Chaney, Nancy Baker, Doris O’Meara, Carol Heichel, Faye Paris; Marie Chapman and Mary Thornton, co chairs.

The number of volunteers who have welcomed and greeted our ‘guests’ on Sunday mornings, for both services are numerous.

We thank them profoundly.

The genuine warmth and friendliness of our greeters is reflected in the many complimentary remarks and return visit from our guests.

The recently aesthetically revamped Lobby has leant to Membership securing a second Welcome Table which is most attractive and practical and facilitates ease of access for our ‘guests’ to the greeters.

The ‘guest” circular table in the Social Hall after the services, is proving to be most successful gathering area for visitors. There, they meet and mix with our ministers and members, and have their questions addressed.

To-date we have welcomed thirty new members to UUC.

Our in-depth gratitude to our Ministers, Board of Directors, Sunday morning desk and lobby greeters, members, who have all contributed in making UUC a religious home of warmth, hospitality, acceptance and ‘we’re glad that you are with us this morning”.
